並ぶ (ならぶ) - to stand in line

横入り (よこはいり) - to cut in line

レジ (れじ) - checkout/register

我慢強い (がまんづよい) - patient

待つ (まつ) - to wait

変える (かえる) - to switch

列 (れつ) - line/queue

我慢できない (がまんできない) - impatient

文句を言う (もんくをいう) - to complain

もちろん、他の列はいつも速い。

Of course the other line is always faster.
